This course is for you who is already familiar with sun salutations from the beginners course. If you want to join as a complete beginner, you must practice the free ashtanga introduction videos at least twice before the course starts.
Julia’s warm and gentle teaching style makes Ashtanga Yoga accessible for everyone.
During these classes we practice mainly the Primary Series from Ashtanga Yoga, adapted to your own body, making the practice safe and beneficial for you.

Meet your teacher

Julia Andersson – Music Educator, Pianist and Yogi
Julia’s yoga journey began in 2016, and since then she has practiced with many different teachers, including Petri Räisänen, Marke Murtomäki, Juha Javanainen, among others.
Her personal yoga practice mainly consists of Ashtanga Yoga with the aforementioned teachers, where she practices the Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa) and approximately half of the Second Series (Nadi Shodhana).
Julia’s teaching is primarily in English. You can also communicate with her in Swedish and Finnish.
What happens if I get sick?
We don’t want to see you lose any value you have purchased, so we’ve got you covered!
A user account will be created for you with your first order, so you can easily login and cancel and rebook a class if should you fall ill.
- You log in and cancel your class -> your class pass will be credited.
- You stay at home and rest properly – taking care of yourself.
- You get well, recover and regain your strength.
- You log in and book another class.
Payment methods
All course registrations are binding. We do not offer any refund paybacks, but should you fall ill you can compensate with a drop-in class of your choice, or keep your Yoga Credits in-house for future use, within 5 months of purchase.
Your spot is reserved when we have received your full payment for the course.

When you make your first purchase a user account will be created for you. When you are logged in you can easily book and cancel classes, and check your account balance. One booking consumes 10 yoga credits (1 class). All purchased credits are usable for 5 months.
