Having many international students we teach our classes mostly in English, but you will be understood in both Finnish and Swedish as well.
In Alexander’s open-minded teaching, you’re given the opportunity to find inner calm, build strength, and learn to listen to yourself. Your yoga practice always evolves with your lifestyle and life situation.
You can start at any point during the term, but the easiest way is to begin with a foundation course (beginner series, held regularly every 4–8 weeks), and then continue developing your practice in Ashtanga Mysore classes after completing the course or beginner series.
