All courses are open to participate in on a drop-in basis.
What course should I start from?
All our led classes are open for all levels, but if you have no prior experience in yoga, we recommend an introduction or beginners course first.
We have two different places to start from:
- Beginner courses. In these courses most of the participants are beginners in Ashtanga Yoga. This is a good choice if you have no previous experience in yoga. There are longer and shorter versions of the beginners courses.
- Beginner friendly All Levels classes. This is a mixed group of new and old students. There are typically always a few beginners in the group – and if you join the full course from the beginning you typically don’t need a beginners course. If you have previous experience of dynamic vinyasa yoga, you can try joining one of these classes without a beginners course.
Some people want to jump straight into the practice, and some want to take it slow and throughly study the basics. If you feel like you have signed up for the wrong course, you can always change. Just send us a message, or talk to the teacher.
Cancellation policy / Peruutusehdot
All course bookings are binding registrations. We do not offer refund on payments. Course cancellations are to be done at the latest 5 days before the first class.
Should you get sick you may save your course registration for the next course, or you can compensate individual classes with drop-in classes of your choice.
If you do not cancel your course or your class, you are being charged the full amount, but you would still be allowed to gift the course to a friend.
Ashtanga Beginners Course 3.4.- 24.4.2025
4 Thursdays at 19.50 – 20.50 (4x 60min)
Join this beginners course to establish a regular yoga routine, and get to know your own body.
Grand Opening Class -Beginner friendly

Join the grand opening event with an introduction, a yoga class, and yoga film 🙂
Ashtanga Progression Course – The Primary Series & Mysore Introduction
25.4 – 26.4 Friday – Saturday
When you have been practicing in led classes for a while, and you are able to practice the sun salutations on your own, you are regarded as an advanced beginner.
This course is designed to lower the bar for your entry to the next stage, the traditional Mysore style practice.
Ashtanga Tuesdays – All Levels 1.4. – 27.5.2025
-Beginner friendly
8 Tuesdays at 19.15 – 20.30 (8x 1h 15min)
Led class ashtanga yoga adjusted for a mixed group setting. These classes are beginner friendly.
The course actually has 9 sessions, as the first session April 1st is the Grand Opening at 18.00 – 20.15: Introduction + Led Ashtanga Yoga, and yoga film. This is included for free!
Ashtanga Sundays – All Levels 6.4. – 25.5.2025
-Beginner friendly
8 Sundays at 18.45 – 19.55 (8x 1h 10min)
Led class ashtanga yoga adjusted for a mixed group setting. These classes are beginner friendly.
Ashtanga Grundkurs 26.4.2025 (in Swedish)
