Our led classes are what most resembles the traditional counted classes where we practice in an uninterrupted flow of breath and movement.

In the first 4 sessions, Alex will lead you through the 1/2 primary series (60 minutes), while in the following 4 sessions, Alex will lead you through the full standing sequence (35 minutes), before the Mysore practice.
