In our guided classes we keep a calm pace, and give room for more explanations and personal adjustments.
As a complete beginner, these classes are suitable when you join from the start of the course (no need for a separate beginners course).

In Ashtanga Yoga, you learn to move with the breath in a deeply concentrated state as a dynamic and meditative yoga practice.
Strong Vinyasa Flow
An 8-Week Vinyasa course with Tien Nguyen
Tien invites you into a flowing blend of dynamic movement and grounding stillness, set to music that inspires connection and calm.
Open to all levels. Just bring your breath, your mat, and your presence.

This course is held in Swedish and has no previous requirements.

Ashtanga Sundays β Led 1/2 Primary Series + Mysore
Our led classes are what most resembles the traditional counted classes where we practice in an uninterrupted flow of breath and movement.
In the first 4 sessions, Alex will lead you through the 1/2 primary series (60 minutes), while in the following 4 sessions, Alex will lead you through the full standing sequence (35 minutes), before the Mysore practice.
Five Element Yin Yoga
A 5-week course
In each class we will be working one separate element of the Taoist Five Element system: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water β which corresponds to specific organ pathways (meridians), seasons and seasonal qualities and emotional wisdom.
