        Booking calendar

How do I book and cancel a class?

        1. Buy Yoga Credits
        2. Select a class in the schedule below and click “Book”.

A user account will be created for you during your first purchase. When logged in, you can easily book and cancel classes in the booking calendar.

If you have signed up for a full course – your classes are pre-booked

When you sign up for a full course, you will be booked for all the sessions in the course – you do not need to book the classes for the course in the booking calendar. If you need to cancel a class from your course, you can cancel it from the Bookings tab in your account, and then book a replacement class. You can book replacement classes for as long as the course is ongoing. If you fall ill, you will get some extra time to use your yoga credits.

        Cancelling a class

        1. Go to the Bookings tab in My Account.
        2. Click the “Cancel” button on the class you want to cancel
        3. Then click the “Refund” button to get your Yoga Credits refunded to your Class Pass. (This process should be automatic, we’re still working on getting it done automatically, but for now you need to press the Refund button).

You can cancel a class up to one (1) hour before the class starts. If you do not cancel your class in time, your credits will be consumed, and will not be refunded.

Problems booking? Just show up to class, and we will sort it out after practice!

        Class descriptions

All courses and classes are open to drop-in visits. If you are a first-timer in Ashtanga Yoga, we recommend starting from a beginners course or Ashtanga Led Class I if you join on drop-in basis. If you have a lot of previous yoga experience you can typically join any of the led classes, as we teach the all-levels led classes in a beginner friendly way anyway.

Ashtanga Led Class I – Beginner

These classes correspond to, or are a part of a beginners course. We typically practice Surya Namaskara A, and most of the standing sequence, and explore some of the seated asanas.

Ashtanga Led Class II – Advanced beginner

During these classes we always practice the full standing sequence, including Surya Namaskara A and Surya Namaskara B. After about half of the seated sequence we typically include a few healthy back bends from the second series (Nadi Shodhana).

Ashtanga Led Class III – Advanced beginner

Always full standing sequence, and we keep a bit more pace than the other led classes, practicing almost the full primary series.

Theis class is what resembles the traditional counted vinyasa practice the most.

        Led Primary Series

Traditional counted led primary series of ashtanga yoga. You must have taken a beginners course or been to a few led classes to join. Not for first-timers in ashtanga yoga even if you have previous yoga experience (too much to explain at once, even though you would be physically fully capable of doing the practice).

        Ashtanga Mysore – Individual level

Typically you start from the led classes, and then when you want to explore more of the practice, and make it into your own personal practice, you join the Mysore classes. You do not need to be an expert in yoga to join. All yogis practice together on an individual level.

This is the traditional way of learning and practicing Ashtanga Yoga. This is not a led class. This is a self paced practice in a group setting with one-on-one teaching.

You need to be able to start and finish the practice on your own to be able to join.

Requirement: please go to a few led classes first, and you will know if and when you want to join the Mysore group or not 🙂

        Yin & Yang Flow (soft)

Yin & Yang Flow is a yoga class starting with a warming and opening vinyasa flow, before we enjoy a relaxing yin yoga segment to end the class.

No previous experience in yoga needed to join. No beginners course needed.

Can I come to class without booking?

A booking is now a payment for a class, and thus, you need to book your class.

If you have trouble using the calendar, you are welcome to just show up to class, and we will fix the booking and payment for you 🙂

        A full course
If you have signed up for a whole course, then the bookings have already been made for you. If you get sick you can easily cancel a class by logging in to your account and manage your bookings.

Your class (10 Yoga Credits) will be refunded to your Class Pass, and you can book another class instead as long as the course is ongoing. If you have been sick and don’t have time to use your credits, we will extend your Class Pass with a doctors note, or other agreement.

How do I book a full course?

        1. Go to the courses page and choose the course you are interested in joining.
