Alexander will teach you Ashtanga Yoga: Primary Series and Intermediate Series, always adapting the practice to suit your unique anatomy, making the practice safe and beneficial for you. No previous requirements to join, and he loves to teach beginners.
To him, the practice is all about using the breath as a tool for meditation and purification. Without the meditation, there is no yoga.
After the practice you are left feeling calm, serene and rejuvenated – even if you had a crazy busy day. Come practice and experience immediate self-transformation 🙏

Julia’s nurturing guidance with music, creates a serene environment, allowing you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body and mind.

We begin by awakening the body with soft yet energizing sequences and close by melting into calming stretches and moments of rest.

Uma Sigdel, certified Sound Healing practitioner, guides you through a restorative blend of yin yoga, live sound healing, and prānāyāma breathwork.
