Find more ease and freedom in your yoga practice
In regular classes, the pace can sometimes feel a bit quick. You follow along, but maybe don’t always have time to fully settle into the breath or each movement.
Not because something is wrong—but because you’re always following the pace of the whole group.
This course gives you that time.
We keep the structure of a familiar Ashtanga class, but with more time and care—so you can:
- take your time in each part
- breathe more steadily
- and feel what you’re actually doing
Parts of the class are guided, and parts you do at your own pace—with support throughout.

Who is it for?
👉 You don’t need to remember any full sequence.
What you’ll do
Why this approach works
Without needing to keep the pace of the group, the practice often becomes calmer and easier to stay with.
And when it feels easier to stay with, it’s also easier to keep practicing regularly.
What to expect
This is not a big change from your usual class.
We keep a clear structure:
- some parts guided
- some parts at your own pace
It may feel slightly unfamiliar at first—that’s completely normal.
👉 Most people find that it becomes more natural already during the first session.

Focus: safe, structured, beginner-friendly teaching
When I started teaching in my late 20:ies, I was lucky that most of my students were about double my own age. I learned to adapt the teaching and the practice to all sorts of body types and different ages.
Having my fair share of knee pain and knee injuries as well, I just love to help all sorts of people finding the joy of the ashtanga practice, and helping developing an effective and safe practice.
Teaching in English (suomi & svenska ok)
