Tien invites you into a flowing blend of dynamic movement and grounding stillness, set to music that inspires connection and calm.
We begin by awakening the body with soft yet energizing (YANG) sequence and close by melting into calming stretches and moments of rest (YIN).
It’s the perfect balance of strength and surrender — like a dance between effort and ease, just like Patañjali says in sutra 2.46; “Sthira sukham āsanam”.
Open to all levels. Just bring your breath, your mat, and your presence.

Meet your teacher

Tien Nguyen – Certified Sivananda yoga teacher since 2023
Tien graduated from the Yoga Teachers’ Training Program in 2023 at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Vietnam.
Improving physical wellbeing and mental clarity with yoga is her passion, and joyfully wants to inspire and help like-minded people to explore the science of traditional yoga methods for achieving holistic health.
From classical hatha yoga, Tien takes on teaching creative vinyasa flow, relaxing yin yoga and Tibetan bowl sound healing.

Binding registration
All course registrations are binding. We do not offer any refund paybacks, but should you fall ill you can compensate with a drop-in class of your choice, or keep your Yoga Credits in-house for future use – but needs to be used within 5 months. Your yoga credits expire after 5 months.
Your spot is reserved when we have received your full payment for the course.
