Alexander teaches Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, always adapting the practice to suit your unique anatomy, making the practice safe and beneficial for you. No previous requirements to join, and he loves to teach beginners and new yogis.
To him, the practice is all about using the breath as a tool for meditation and purification. Without the meditation, there is no yoga.
Alex makes sure you are left feeling calm, serene and rejuvenated after the practice – even if you had a crazy busy day. Come practice and experience immediate self-transformation 🙏
