Meet your teacher

I am originally from Nepal and currently calling Finland my home. Coming from Nepal, I was immersed in Yoga (esp. Bhakti Yoga) since childhood. Meditation and Pranayama has also been an important part of my life since I was a child. However, I started practicing yoga intentionally and consistently since 2019.

I received my teacher training certification in 2022 and have been teaching since. I also received a prenatal/postnatal teacher training in 2023. My practice varies everyday. Some days I practice Ashtanga vinyasa or dynamic Hatha and some days I play a soulful music on the background, take my journal and singing bowls and practice Yin 😍.

After becoming a mother in 2023, I feel drawn to slowing down even more 😊, and thus most days I crave for slow, gentle and intentional Asana practice. This has been helping me calm my nervous system down, and find a moments of peace in everyday life.

Now I want to share the same joy to you combining the slow movements, long holds on the poses, background music, guided breathing practices, the sound and vibration of tibetian singing bowls.

I have intentionally scheduled the class on Mondays so that you can have a relaxing start to the week and hoping that this practice will bring a sense of calm as you navigate your week ahead.

I am very excited to see you in the the class starting this August 2025 💛.

Yoga as Self-care – Is This a Thing?

From business leaders to entrepreneurs, athletes to musicians, the world’s top performers all have one thing in common: a non-negotiable self-care and self-reflection routine.

🧘‍♂️ Steve Jobs (Apple) practiced Zen meditation daily. Not because it was trendy – but because quieting his mind made him sharper and more creative.

🧘‍♀️ Madonna has practiced Ashtanga Yoga for decades, using it to stay strong, grounded, and ridiculously agile (on stage and in life).

🛁 Oprah swears by morning meditation, journaling, and long walks to center herself before tackling the empire.

These people schedule self-care like a business meeting – because they know it’s the fuel behind their focus, ideas, and leadership.

So no, taking time for yourself isn’t lazy. It’s legendary.

What’s your routine going to look like?
