Milja Suonvieri on lempeyden joogaopettaja, mindfulness-ohjaaja ja erityisryhmien joogaohjaaja, ja ohjaa koko-aikaisesti joogatunteja ja retriittejä.

Hänen ohjaustyyliin kuuluu helposti lähestyttävyys, selkeys, aloittelija-ystävällisyys ja luovuus, ja jakaa tunneillaan joogan iloa, innostumista ja itse – myötätuntoa.


What happens if I get sick?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We don’t want you to lose any value you have purchased.

  1. You log in and cancel your class -> your class pass will be credited.
  2. You stay at home and rest properly – taking proper care of yourself.
  3. You get well and recover.
  4. You log in and book another class.

Payment methods

  • Finnish Internet- / mobile banking
  • Electronic Sports benefits: Smartum, ePassi or Edenred
  • Invoice (7 day due date)

If you want to combine different payment methods, then choose “invoice” in the checkout form and send us a note in the order.

Binding registration

All course registrations are binding. We do not offer any refund paybacks, but should you fall ill you can compensate with a drop-in class of your choice, or keep your Yoga Credits in-house for future use – but needs to be used within 5 months. Your yoga credits expire after 5 months.

Your spot is reserved when we have received your full payment for the course.
