You will be introduced to the Ashtanga Yoga metod of practice, and you will be well set up to start practicing in our weekly classes in Espoo.

We will review all fundamental principles and movement patterns of the practice. You will learn correct breathing technique and a short and sweet ashtanga yoga practice.

No previous experience in yoga is needed to join – and the practice has literally nothing to do with how stiff or flexible you are. Yoga is made for stiff people.

In this class Uma will use her Yin Yoga and Sound Healing skills to help you release physical tension, quiet your mind, and renew your energy levels for the week ahead.

The slow, meditative pace of Yin Yoga allows for deep relaxation and stillness, while the resonant tones of the Tibetan singing bowls help promote inner balance and emotional well-being.

No previous experience in yoga needed.

Easy Second Series For Everybody
