Ashtanga – Foundations Plus

A natural continuation for those who already have taken a few Ashtanga Yoga classes.

In these classes, you’ll gradually move between guided and more independent practice.

  • Sometimes you follow clear verbal cues
  • Sometimes you follow visually and move at your own pace

This course helps you gradually to:

  • practice without thinking or trying to remember
  • feel comfortable practicing on your own
  • build confidence

For whom?
For you who have completed a beginner course in Ashtanga Yoga or have some experience from All Levels Led classes. This course is not designed for complete beginners.

Or you who feel like Mysore classes is out of reach, or just not your thing.

Morning yoga while the rest of the city still sleeps.

We practice Ashtanga Yoga – Personal Practice with Guidance (Mysore), where you can find both calm and strength, and observe what happens in the body and mind.

Practicing early, in a regular rhythm, often makes the practice feel clearer, calmer, and more established.
