What you have been missing is a system
Struggling to maintain a regular yoga practice in your daily life?
Have you been attending random classes, not really developing any routine, and difficult seeing your own progress?
Then this is for you.
I made this 10-week program specifically for you, where I’m teach you a simple and structured yoga practice. You’ll also learn how to practice independently – even at home, without having to guess what comes next.
Throughout the program, you’ll receive personal guidance, hands-on assisting from an experienced teacher, as we develop your own practice together.
Our main practice is on Tuesdays at 18.45 – 20.00. Then you are expected to join at least one assisted practice session per week, where you get more individual attention.
The problem: Random classes, no clear progress, no routine
The solution: Learn a structured, personal practice
The method: Guided Tuesdays + assisted practice(s)
The outcome: A habit you can continue after the program
Assisted practice – where the habit begins
On Tuesdays, we learn. During the assisted practice sessions, we put what we’ve learned into practice.
Everyone follows their own practice, at their own pace. I’m there to help you remember the sequence, improve your technique, and adapt exercises when needed.
You don’t have to remember everything or know exactly what you’re doing. That’s what I’m there for.
Choose at least one session each week: Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. You can change days from week to week, or attend all three.
Do I need any experience?
No, this open to complete beginners, as well as experienced practitioners. This is for you who struggle with keeping a yoga as a regular routine in your life.
You’ll be taught at your own level.

How this works – Meeting on Tuesdays – Schedule
One guided class per week, and up to three assisted sessions every week.
We meet 10 Tuesdays at 18.45 – 20.00 for our main sessions.
You are then expected to practice at least once a week on our assisted practice. You may choose what day to do your assisted practice:
- Thursdays any time between 16.45–18.30
- Saturdays any time between 08.30–10.00
- Sundays any time between 16.30–18.00
Your assisted practice will be about 45 minute long when this program starts, and grow longer with the course.
For example, you can start at 9.00 on Saturdays. No need to be there at 8.30 sharp. Same with the other assisted practices. You can join at 17.30 on Thursdays, and you may join as early as 16.45.
No classes during the Hiihtoloma week / Winter Sports Holiday!

If you already practice in the Mysore sessions, you are still welcome to join these classes if you feel like you want to refresh your memory and inspiration.
A practice you can take with you
The goal isn’t to master difficult postures in ten weeks. It’s to learn a yoga practice that makes sense to you, that you can adapt to your body, and that you can continue long after the course has ended.
Come as you are. We’ll build your practice from there.

Yoga Students Are Saying
“I started practicing yoga online with Alex during Corona when I was forced to work from home.
To me it was very good to have scheduled activity so it was not only work 24/7. The yoga practice helped me to wind down and lift my energy levels.
Now several months later I am more flexible, have more strength and stability.
I highly appreciate that Alex have had energy to arrange his online courses during the pandemic, when I otherwise would not have had an opportunity to join a yoga class ledd with such a high skill of teaching!”
-MATHIAS
“Alex’s Ashtanga classes give me a good boost. He explains the poses clearly and keeps the vibe relaxed.
The workouts are tough enough to feel progress but never too much. I also like how he listens to us, he offers easier or harder versions of each pose and has a safe option if your knees (or anything else) need extra care.
After just over a month of practice, forward bends and vinyasas already feel easier – my hip flexors have loosened up, so everything flows a bit better.”
-KIMMO
I have had huge problems with (probably) stress-related symptoms in my body.
It has put limitations on my normal training routine. I now feel like the symtoms are slowly getting better thanks to the yoga practice.”

Alexander Lemberg – E-RYT & YACEP certified since 2015
Alex is a Swedish-speaking Finn who found yoga by accident due to various health issues, and then became a certified Hatha yoga teacher in 2015.
During the summer of 2015 Alex went to an Ashtanga Yoga summer camp in Houtskari with Petri Räisänen and Juha Javanainen from Helsingin Astangajoogakoulu, and fell in love with the depths of the ashtanga yoga practice.
Since then Alex has been teaching over 6000 hours of yoga classes with a wide range of people, while managing Yogashala Raseborg in Tammisaari, and has actively been practicing with different world renowned teachers on different workshop, such as Eddie Stern, Kino McGregor, Simon Borg-Olivier, and also online courses with David Garrigues.
“To me it’s important that the practices are taught in a safe, healthy and effective way for each student. As a yoga teacher it is important to understand that all people are different, and to embrace the strengths and differences of each individual.
In my teaching style you will learn to turn your senses inward (pratyāhāra), you will improve your focus and learn to practice to the rhythm of your own breath. The meditation and concentration makes the practice meaningful, and is a gateway to your inner world.
