By purchasing yoga credits or course registrations, you are able to participate in yoga classes in Yoga Shala Espoo in Niittykumpu.
On our web page we only sell course registrations and yoga credits and class passes. All course registrations are binding registrations and personal.
What we sell
We sell digital Class Passes with Yoga Credits to use for booking your yoga classes in Niittykumpu, with our online booking calendar.
All Class Passes are personal, and cannot be shared between multiple people.
Class cancellations
You can cancel a class by logging in to your Bookings and clicking on the “Cancel” button. Your yoga credits will be refunded to your Class Pass if cancellation is done by the latest 2 hours before the class starts. After that you cannot cancel your class, and your Yoga Credits will be consumed.
Not coming to class is not a cancellation.
Refunds
By purchasing a class pass you agree that your yoga class credits will be available immediately after purchase, and understand that you lose my right to cancel the order once they are delivered.
We do not offer any monetary refunds on our yoga class passes, but if you need to cancel your class or course, you will get to keep your purchased yoga credits in-house for other classes, if you have canceled your class minimun 1 hour before the class starts. Terms may apply, such as a time limit for using your credits.
We will extend the time limit for your Yoga Credits if you have a doctors note, and you will be able to use your purchased Yoga Credits later.
If you stay at home without canceling your class, you will be charged the full amount (your yoga credit will be consumed).

Orders
Orders are collected from the online shop by adding the digital products to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the online shop to pay for the order. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.

Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.
