All classes are beginner-friendly and easy to join.
You can use the 8x pass freely depending on your schedule.

When I started teaching in my late 20:ies, most of my students were double my own age. I needed to adapt the teaching to all sorts of body types and different ages.
Having my fair share of knee pain and knee injuries as well, I just love to help all sorts of people finding the joy of the ashtanga practice, and helping developing an effective and safe practice.
