Summer Mysore Season

A week of steady morning practice.

About the week

This is a chance to practice Ashtanga Mysore style over several consecutive mornings.

Practicing early, on a regular rhythm, tends to make the practice feel clearer, calmer, and more established.

You come in the morning, practice your sequence, and receive individual guidance along the way.

No rush, no group pace… just pure enjoyment ☺️

Who this is for

  • You already attend Mysore classes
  • Or you are genuinely interested in learning the Mysore style
  • You are willing to practice in the morning, like the yogis in India.

This is not designed as a general beginner course—but a small number of new students (2-3) can be introduced at the beginning of the week.


New to Mysore?

If you’re curious but have no experience with Mysore practice, you’re welcome to join—provided you’re specifically interested in learning this way of practicing.

How the practice works

In Mysore-style classes:

  • everyone practices their own sequence
  • you start and finish at your own time
  • the teacher gives individual guidance

Most people practice 60–90 minutes.

You don’t need to know the full series.

Join the practice – How to book

You can use your current class pass to book your class passes. Notice that these sessions costs 15 credits instead of the regular 10 credit weekly classes.

We keep the groups as small as possible (maximum 4-5 students per starting time).

  1. Buy your desired class pass for the week.
  2. Book your classes in the calendar below with your Summer Special class pass (make sure you’re not using your regular class pass if you have bought this Summer Special class pass)

You can pay online or select invoice to pay the course later, or with sports benefits (ePassi, Smartum, Edenred).

Book your classes in the calendar below after purchasing your Summer Special class pass.

You can book the classes with your regular class pass, but note that the classes for this special event costs 15 yoga credits instead of 10 yoga credits as in the regular weekly classes. If you have any of our monthly memberships, you’re in luck, because all of this is included in the price 🙂 Just book the classes in our normal booking calendar.

Choose your starting time

Choose your time slot for starting your Mysore practice in the morning (6.00, 6.30, 7.00, 7.30 or 8.00). We do the opening chant at about 6.45.

You need to be logged in to use your Yoga Credits.

All course registrations are binding. We do not offer any refund paybacks, but should you fall ill your Yoga Credits are stored for 5 months in-house for future use.
